"The (So. Cal.) South Bay Line Dancers Association is doing a mini-mystery line dance workshop from 9am - 5:30pm this July 22nd in Rancho Palos Verdes, Ca. We invite you and all your students to come! Go to http://www.mhlinedancing.com/ or call Helen at 310-377-2520 to register.
Why a mystery? For fun! For profit! $1.00 from each registration will be put into a pot and the dancer who guesses the master teachers, wins the pot! Clues will be emailed two weeks before the event! Last pot was $350. Come have fun with us in this one of a kind event!"

SAN JOSE, CA - Yesterday, I taught a line dance and a couples country dance at the Rodeo Club in San Jose. Bill Montana, the usual Wednesday night instructor, was out sick, so the manager asked me to fill in for the night! The line dance was "Un, Dos, Tres" and the couples dance was Two Step (beginner).
Isn't it time you scheduled a country dance lesson for your group? Check out my line dancing Myspace to contact me if you have any questions.
College students must love line dancing! How do I know? This is a list of universities and colleges where students have found my website looking for line dancing related material. Thank you to all that have stopped by!! =)
If you're a college student in the San Jose, CA or Fremont, CA area, feel free to contact me for line dancing lessons!
SAN JOSE, CA - On this Sunday April 9th, 2006, Adam will be teaching some line dancing moves to a private group of 26 people from a San Jose church. They thought line dancing would be a fun group building activity, and I can't agree more!
Isn't it time you scheduled a country dance lesson for your group? Check out my line dancing website for more information and then contact me if you have any questions.
For those of you that enjoyed hearing about the Hot Country Concerts coming up, I moved them to another place. I wanted to focus this site on line dancing and my line dancing experiences.
If you want to see the latest country concerts, then go to my friend Indiana Al's website.
On Friday night March 31st, there will be a Hot Country Concert you don't want to miss!
The Rodeo Club and KRTY present two artists for the price of one!
Jamey Johnson and Rhett Akins will be playing THIS friday night at The Rodeo Club in San Jose, CA.
Jamey's new song "The Dollar" helped to land his new album on the Top 20 list. What I just found out in the linked article is that Johnson also was a co-writer for "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk".
Rhett Akins' hits "That Ain't My Truck" and “Don’t Get Me Started” will probably be on the setlist as well. Rhett has a new CD released that will probably turn heads.
Tickets are only $10 and it is a 21 and over show.

SAN JOSE, CA - The Rodeo Club is one of the places Adam can be found dancing. The Rodeo Club opens two main dance floors on country nights. The larger front one is used for couples dancing and line dancing, as the line dancers have seem to forgotten the line dance floor to the side of the stage.
This is the club that KRTY sponsors, so you can listen to KRTY 95.3 FM for news on upcoming concerts or go to our Rodeo Club Concerts page for line dance info. The picture above is of Julie Roberts, the country singer, not Julia Roberts the actress. =)
UPDATE: The Rodeo Club is only open for country on When KRTY promotes a concert. Doors open at 7p, Lessons at 7:30p, and live music starts at 9p. Listen to KRTY for updates, as the schedule for this club is subject to change.
FREMONT, CA - The Saddle Rack is one of the places Adam can be found dancing. From November 2004 to July 2005 and again from January 2006 to August 2006, Adam helped with dance lessons at The Saddle Rack. There he made many friends and learned alot about line dancing instruction. The Saddle Rack has two main dance floors. The larger front one usually is used for couples dancing until sometime after 10:30pm on weekend nights. After that time, not much country dancing happens, as the atmosphere turns club-like.
The back dance floor at The Saddle Rack is usually for line dancing. On Friday nights, many of the dance instructor's helpers stay around and enjoy themselves. Usually someone will know a dance that corresponds to each song. If you can pick up dances quickly, this is one of the best ways to pick up a dance or two.
My advice: Get there as early as you can when the country dancing is hot and before the clubbers get there and take over. Doors open at 7p, Lessons at 7:30p on weeknights, and live music starts at 9p.
Have you ever been asked by a gentleman to dance at a country bar, but said no because you were embarrassed to tell him you didn't know how? This morning, Gary and Julie from the 95.3 KRTY Morning Show were talking about how being able to dance linked to attracting the ladies. I knew this from the first time I walked into Cheers (formerly in Sunnyvale, CA). That's when I made it a quest to learn how to dance! You can add a new skill to your lady attracting abilities today if you send me an email today!
When not teaching country line dancing lessons, you can find me working feverishly (ok, well maybe not that hard) on the website of an infamous KRTY DJ named Indiana Al. On his site, Indiana Al keeps his fans and listeners up to date with concert info, party pics, and funny stuff from around the web.
Go over and check out Indiana Al's website today!

On Saturday Oct. 8th, Adam taught many country line dancing lessons during the entertainment portion of "Boots & Bangles", a fundraiser for the Campbell Museum Foundation. Students enjoyed learning the Watermelon Crawl so much that they asked for more, including the Two Step, Cowboy Cha Cha, and the Alley Cat. Many thanks to Michael Moore from KRTY 95.3 FM for MC'ing and Karen McBride for organizing the event!
